It was approximately 8:30 pm and I had just finished with my last student at the school of music. I had gotten into my car and proceeded to drive south, on my way home, down the all too familiar street, when the most amazing phenomenon caught my eye.
It shot across the night sky with amazing speed, glowing a brilliant electric light blue as it did so. It appeared, in the heavens, about the size of a dime at arms length, traveling at what must have been thousands of miles per hour as it disappeared, in seconds, from view behind trees blackened by the night.
I had seen meteors before; I had seen meteors and shooting stars by the dozens on my trips to the mountains away from city lights. But I had never seen anything at all like this. Its color, size and proximity, it was well in Earth’s atmosphere, made it quite different than any meteor that I had ever seen. And its very speed alone would rule out it being anything from this Earth; it tore across the night sky in seconds! It had no wings and made no sound. Astonishing!
To anyone who has studied the UFO phenomenon, it is quite apparent that we have been visited by extraterrestrial craft from time immemorial. It would appear, at this time of change, as we amass a greater and greater knowledge of ourselves, as we delve deeper into the mysteries of the atom, with all that atomic science portents, and as we enter the new millennium, we are being visited and watched by Intelligence from beyond Earth more than ever before.
